Shipping & returns

Currently, we do not offer shipping. All orders placed through our website are available for delivery within Jamestown Regional Medical Center only. Please ensure that the recipient’s location is within the hospital when placing your order. Accurate delivery is dependent upon the correct recipient information being provided at checkout, including the recipients full name and room number/department. The JRMC Gift Shoppe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel delivery if the recipient information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or cannot be verified at the time of delivery.

Friday from 8:30 AM–2:00 PM
Orders placed after 4:00 PM Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM Friday or on weekends and holidays will be delivered the next business day.
 
Returns and Refunds:

Not all products purchased from the JRMC Gift Shoppe are eligible for return.

Special Circumstances:
If a patient has been discharged prior to delivery and the discharge was unknown at the time the purchase was made, a special exception may be made to cancel the order and issue a refund. Additionally, as the JRMC Gift Shoppe is a volunteer-run operation, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if we are not adequately staffed to complete delivery. In these circumstances, please allow a few business days for the order to be cancelled and the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
